Socket Send Returns error 10035

Hi.
I have a socket that sends a file in 1024 byte chunks. It is non
blocking and even though there are still bytes to be sent, after about
10 or so iterations the Send method starts throwing the 10035 error and
then never stops. It will not send anymore data, just loop endlessly
throwing this error.
Any ideas why? The server on the other end picks up all the data and
then times out (like it's supposed to) when the client stops sending
data because of 10035!
Am I missing something here?
