RTF Image in RichTextBox

I currently have a richtextbox that i am converting into html. I have
2 problems:
-Right now I am using the clipboard to copy and paste the images into
the rtb if there is a better way of doing this then please let me know.
-I need to find out how to convert the rtf info for the image into
html. What i have found is that there is nothing but hexidecimal
representationn of the image in the rtf and the rest of the syntax is
dimensions.
Any information is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
