Kiosk mode

I am developing a cyber cafe like application where users will not have
access to any other application on the machine except they pass through my
application interface. They should not be able to go to or acess the windows
start menu.I will appreciate any help on this.

Disable the start menu and other stuff through the Group Policy Management
for the local computer (run gpedit.msc -> User Configuration ->
Administrative templates -> Start menu and Taskbar).

We could work together if you like.
