How can I get the MAC address from a received UDP packet with C#?

You can't. The MAC address is not propagated over the network in either IP,
UDP, or TCP packets.

If the sender is on your LAN then you can use the IP address to obtain the
MAC address, but not if the sender is on another LAN.
