Searching a DataSet w/ a regulat expresion

Ok, I'm trying to build a search framework to look trough our propritory
logfile format. The logfiles have a dynamic setup so I generate most of my
tables on the fly.

I currenlty have the code to load all the data in a dataset w/ all the bits
in teh right tables, this bit works.

Now I need to be able to do things like find a certain string in one of the
columns in one of the tables, the parameters for the search are handed to me
as a regular expresion.

What would be the best way to implement this functionality ?
