Get XPStyles to work on Custom Components

I read the following article which explained a lot about how to get XP
Styles to work easily on your forms... But I was wondering how to go
about getting XP styles working on my custom components. I have a new
one i'm building that has columns that I'm drawing myself. How can I
get these columns to show up in the XP style if the user has an XP
machine? Or is there some column class that I can inherit that will do
this for me?
