HOW TO Make a Draw Line Controls (Can Resize and Dele etc)

Hi,

A good start would be to explain what a Draw Line Control is?
If you mean a control for selecting line styles, then you can use a
ComboBox.
Set its DrawMode to OwnerDrawFixed and DropDownStyle to DropDownList.
Use the DrawItem event to draw each item in the list.
