Windows Service template

I'm using C# Express and I'm interested in creating a Windows Service.
Unfortunately it doesn't come with the Windows Service template. Is there
any way I can get this template short of purchasing Visual Studio .Net?

Thanks!

Hi
Hi
you can check what the template does , what references does it add so you
can create that yourself .see references and files created by the template
