It exports functions, and has COM interfaces that it exports. If you
are going to run this in an ASP.NET page though, I would suggest not using
the COM interface.
Also, you might just want to use the HttpWebRequest/HttpWebResponse
classes as well, since they do the same thing, and it is mostly managed
code.
