Asp.net application getting unloaded periodically

Hello alll,
I have a peculiar problem. I have created a asp.net application and
its been uploaded to production and every day in the morning i see the
application gets unloaded on its own and people using the site
complian and we have to reload the application. The application is in
the form of dll.

Any help would be appreciated
