Persistence Objects software

I have been looking for persistence objects software for my projects, and I
found several of them.. after trying them out, this one seems to be the
best: http://www.devexpress.com/?section=/Products/NET/XPO

However, I do have some concerns:

1. It's $149 US only.. it's seems very cheap to me compare to competitors.
2. I cant find any company information for "Developer Express"? I am worried
about them going out of business? any one knows?
3. Although it is very powerful in terms of coding, will there be any
scalable issue to use on a large scale project?
4. Any one has used it before? stability? bugs? comments?

Any comments are welcome.

No experience with this, but they certainly aren't a tiny little company and
seem fairly diversified. Besides if you're worried about it, another $50
buys you the complete source code. Looks like a pretty good deal to me.
