How is the function like 'Class View' in vs.net ide coded?

I want to get class or other information defined in project in design-time,
like 'class view' or 'object browser' in vs.net ide, and then a window will
be displayed. After some operations, a file will be created according to the
setting in that window and be added into this project.
Can any one help me?

Thanks.
