How to limit a TextBox control to a specific number of characters per line
and number of lines?

Sachin,

This is not built into the textbox. Rather, you would have to add a
property for the maximum number of lines, as well as a property for the
maximum length of each line.

Then, you would have to override the Text and the Lines property on the
TextBox so that you can check the lengths of the lines and the number of
lines themselves.
