How can I perform HttpRequest in c#?

Can you be a little more specific? All you have to do is use the
HttpWebRequest and HttpWebResponse classes. Are you talking about how to
use these classes?

Use System.Net.WebRequest/WebResponse or System.Net.WebClient.
