Tables and reusing them

I have a template that I created in word, that I want to read data
into, temporarily store it, go to the next set of records, and then
read data into the template again, repeating the process until all the
records are read, at which point, all the templates are sent to an
empty word doc page and it can then be printed out. To surmise, I
want to reuse a template on multiple records to show it all on one
page, each row of records having its own table. Is there a way to do
this?
