Constructing table from 2+ DataSets

I have 2 dataSets: ds1, ds2. These are read only, no chance of inserting or
updating.

How can I construct a single temp source table from the 2 datasets that is
constructed to the display frequency I need? The dataset would be constructed
by counting the records from source one, then using source 2 until it's read
all those records, then back to source 1 for 5 more, then source 2 until it's
all read in, ...

For every 5 messages from ds1, play all of ds2, the records would look like
this
11111,all ds2, 11111, all ds2, ...

I'd then fill my objds1 from this table for the display an only rebuild it
when the message tables have been updated with new, updated or expired
information.

Thanks,

E.
