Unless you want them to have different strong names (maybe you want to run one of them with partial trust and one will fulltrust) then I'd sign with the same key. You don't gain anything from using separate keys otherwise apart from magnifying the number of keys you have to manage.

Hi,
In my .net project I want to sign all the assemblies I'm using.
My question is if I got lets say - MyAsm1.dll and MyAsm2.dll and
MyApp.exe and the last one reference the 2 dll's.
Should I sign the assemblies with lets say mysnkfile.snk or should I
sign each one with a different snk file I made.
