File streaming

I want to send a partition of video file and some data files(text and images)
from one terminal to another terminal. After sending, the video should be
playable.
Therefore, I have to write a program that perform streaming.
1.-RTSP / RTP, which is better?
2.-Shall i choose to use WMV, ASF or AVI file?
3.-Any other methods are welcome.
Please help me.

Hello
I am actually trying to do the same thing. Have you gotten anywhere with this issue? I have reply to my post that talks about looking at the WMEncoder and windows media SDKs. I have looked at them but I still can't figure out how to do this. If you have come up with any solutions I would love to her them

Thanks
Tom
