Network Browser

I'm trying to write a program that will browse thru the shared files
on the LAN I'm connected to. I know how to open a folder on another
computer using //server/folder_name.

What I need to know now is how to get a list of the shared folders on
a computer with a given IP address. I would really appreciate any
solutions or suggestions. Thanks.

Joseph
