visual inheritance and anchor problems...

I have created form with 5 buttons (anchored bottom right), but when i
inherit that form in another, and resize is, only 3 (THREE) of 5 buttons
move corectly. I've read here
(http://support.microsoft.com/default...b;en-us;316560) about that
bug, but my buttons already are declared as protected, and all have same
properties (except name), but anyway only 3 behave corectly.... WHY?
thanx
