adding project files programmically

I've got a class that is autogenerated using CodeDom. I finally figured out
how to generate my own classes but now i'm stumped. If someone could help
I'd appreciated it.

I need to find out what directory the project is in programically. Then I
need to add my new class to the project library. I'm not sure how I go about
doing that.
