SmtpMail and control of CDOSYS

Hello:

I am trying to write an application to send email. Getting the code
to work with SmtpMail and the MailMessage object is pretty much a
no-brainer. I noticed that SmtpMail and CDOSYS converts the HTML
mails into multi-part and creates a text version of the email. I
appreciate the help, but if I wanted a text email I would have
specified that for the body format. Is there a way to disable this
behavior and get access to some of the other properties of CDOSYS?

Thanks,
Tom
