How can I get the user name who change the file ?

Hi Yosi,

The only way I can imagine you can get the last user name that changed a file is through Active Directory on NTFS.

I'm sorry, but I have never coded against Active Directory, and I don't know where in Active Directory information like that would be found. I only know that you might get this information if the a server is auditing the file access. Scanning the event log should give you last access.

This is not possible as the OS doesn't maintain a list of users accessing
the file system.
