How Do I clear the Disk Cache (Virtual Cache) in Windows XP ?

Hello,
I am wondering whether there is a mechanism to clear the Hard Disk Cache
using C#?
This is for O.S Windows XP

If it existed, it would be in the Microsoft.Win32 namespace. I didn't
see anything like that there. Do you mean the Internet Explorer cache
(which is not exactly an OS function) or the hardware disk cache (which
would be a device driver function)

I am trying to clear the Hard Disk Cache.
In windows 9X there is a vcache flag in the system.ini for this.
I couldn't find anything for Windows XP
