Style question on properties

I have a class with a data member. This data member is stored in the
Registry, but it also presented to the user in a UI that must allow the
user to cancel any changes made to the data member while in the UI.

Given this situation, would it make sense to make a _pair_ of properties
for this data member, like:

public string Foo
{
get
{
return mFoo;
}
set
{
mFoo = value;
}
}

and

private string RegFoo
{
get
{
RegistryKey key = Registry.CurrentUser;
/* ... code goes here ... */
keyClose();
}
set
{
RegistryKey key = Registry.CurrentUser;
/* ... code goes here ... */
keyClose();
}
}

or would it be better to have just the Foo property and put the Registry
access code into a non-property function somewhere?
