Hi,
One option is to do 'screen scrapping'. Take a look at
http://www.codeproject.com/aspnet/weather.asp (though this example is in
ASP.NET, the concept is same for Win apps too).

Take a look art the System.Net.HttpWebRequest class and, if the site has an RSS feed, the System.Xml namespace
