Thanks Joe, for your post. I do actually have some constructor code
outside the IC.

I guess I was hoping that Microsoft would have a better designer that
allowed static controls to be viewed in the designer. I am sure they
will get around to it eventually. It's just nice to be able to see
all your hard earned work in the designer and not have to run the app
to view the static ones.
