Finding a panel from a set of coordinates

Hi,

I was wondering whether it is possible to find out the name of a panel given a screen coordinate (x,y).

Given a set of screen coordinates (x,y) I would like to be able to tell where that point is (ie. what panel).

Thank you very much in advance.
