Need Help urgent

does any body can help me

daer all...
i'm a new comer with C#, but i want to build a mobile application. does any body can tell me, where do i can start ?
what software needed ?
where i can find a good references to learn it ?
i have .Net installed on my PC, but when there is no Mobile Web Application template. Is there some thing missed with it ?

please help.....

I would say so! Did you do a full install of VS.NET 2003?

1) Launch Visual Studio

2) Select New Project

3) Under Project Types, select Visual C# projects

4) Under Templates select ASP.NET Mobile Web Application

Maybe this isn't available with all editions of VS.NET 2003...?
