How to acces a project resources from an other one?

I'm on Whidbey but i think, it should be the same so even
if you are in VS.NET 2003 please answer if you know...

So, i have a solution with 2 projects (winforms) and in the
PROJECT A, i want to put some strings and theirs values
into the resources file that VS has already created for me
: "Resources.resx". I can do it.

But, i have the PROJECT B, in the same solution. I want
that in this project i add a textBox called "Comments" that
when i valid by clicking on "OK", this form which isn't in
the PROJECT A, changes the resources of the PROJECT A with
the new value for the "Comments" string.

Is-it possible? And... if it's not possible with the
default resoruces file, how can i work around? An other way
to make what i want?
