strange CLR exception

Hi all,
I created one simple MDI application under Win2000 , in which I may show one
modal dialog through one menuitem and close it correctly. When I run the
application under WinXP, show the dialog and then close it, one exception
below is throwed with little useful information this time including only
Process id and thread id and the title of the message box was "Common
Language Runtime Debugging Services".

Any possible reasons may result in the exception?

Thanks

Alan
