Fport

I'm trying to write something similar to Foundstone's fport tool. With some
"extensions". In c#!
Fport lists pid, process name, port, protocol and full pah of processes
currently R/W-ing on some port. I'd like to be able to control if, regarding
this and/or some additional info, a specified process is allowed to
read/write from that port.

I've looked into System.Diagnostics.Process, System.Net.IPEndPoint etc., but
I don't seem to know the API well enough to combine everything into what I
need. Some guidelines would be nice to save me some time. Thanks.
