editor stuck showing dots for spaces

I accidentally hit a key combination and now my Visual C# 2005 editor shows
a centered dot in cyan blue for spaces. I have tried restoring the settings
to the defaults and it still shows up like this. Is there any way to turn
off this "feature"?

Hi Roger Helliwell,

What is Ctrl + R and Ctrl + W for? Mind to share it with me? Will this work with Visual Studio .NET C# Express?

Thanks.

From the menu, Edit > Advanced > View White Space

I'm using VS.Net Studio 2003. Not sure if it works in your version.
