problem - Process Performance Indicator

Hi guys

I work with Threads. Unfortunately I have generated too many threads and the
program crushed.
Now when I work with Process (Process.GetProcessesByName() or other Process
functions) I get the following error message: "The request can't be
exexuted, because the Process Performance Indicator is deactivated".
(German: "Die Anforderung kann nicht ausgeführt werden, da der
Prozessleistungsindikator deaktiviert ist.")
A Windows reboot don't function and the error is not the same as the
"Process performance counter is disabled" problem.
I don't find any solutions in the windows technet and in newsgroups.
I hope somebody can help me.
Thanks
