Basic Class Question

When I post a form, what happens to the instance of the class I created? It
appears that I need to create a new instance, but I suspect I may be doing
something wrong.

If the class can retain data across posts, that would be ideal.

What do you mean by "post a form", are you referring to posting data from a
web form?

Yes, I should have clarified. This is a web application.
