Building a web interface

I would like to build a web interface where I can place the user's data
on the page where every I want. What
would be the best way to go about this. Any links? Or advice would be
appreciated.
Thank you,
M

Work out what user data you want to show.
Design a database to hold it.
Design a Web Form to display it.
Get the user to enter their name/id and maybe a password and if all OK
get their data from the database and show it on the Web Form.
