DllNnotFoundException or System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHExcepti

Hi all!

I have a problem and I don't know what to do.

I have written an web application in asp.net using C# as language. The application calls an external dll written in VS.NET C++.
On my development machine running WinXP Pro I have placed this dll-file in the bin folder of my web appliction and it all works wery well.

When I try to deploy my solution to a Win 2003 Server (Standard Editon) I run into problems. If I specify the complete path to my dll-file I get an error message together with an DllNotFoundException saying that the dll file cannot be loaded.
If I don't specify the path I get an System.Runtime.InteropServices.SEHException. I have also tried to copy the dll-file to the Windows/System32 folder but I won't make any difference. Is there some sort of security setting in 2003 that I have missed.
I have also checked the depdencies of my dll and placed the required files in the same bin folder as the dll itself.

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

Regards

Mikael
