Excel Range Update from C# data structure

I tried a for loop to update an Excel range i,e
for (j=1; j < 30; j++)
.Cells[1,j] = 10;

I think this is slow, and I would assume that something like

myRange = myTwoDimensionalArray would be a better/faster way to do it.

Any ideas ?
