Both ImageList and CheckBox

Hi all,

I am building this application with a listview and I need
both imageList and checkboxes to be there. But it seems
like after I added the imageList, the checkboxes somehow
was overwritten by the imageList and didn't show up
anymore.

Any ideas on how to have both imageList and checkboxes on
a listview?

Thank you very much in advance.
regards,
Sean
