NavigateComplete2 not firing in prod env !

Hi,

How can you explain that the event NavigateComplete2 from the object
AxSHDocVw.AxWebBrowser is not firing in production.

I made tests on two computers having Visual Studio.NET installed and
everything goes well.

But I tested on two computers not having Visual Studio.NET under Windows XP
and the event is not firing !!!

Please help me, I seach the whole Microsoft Doc and Support.

Thx a lot
