Hi,
Is possible to scroll picture box and how?

If you just mean have a scrollbar you could just put it in a panal that is smaller then the picture
If you mean atually scroll accross the screen you should probably just us bitmaps and the gdi or manip the location property by 1 either x or why depending on direction (hooking it up to a timer would probably be best).
