blinking problem when using transparent or opacity property..

i wanna use the form with transparent or opacity property...

but this form has a problem when it redrawing repeatedly.

it is blinking...or flicking

such as ...on the AVI movie screen

i don't know why it is happen ...

i have to remove this phenomenon...

how should i do?
