NTFS Folder Permissions

Hey,
I need to set folder permissions without using the ADSUtilityClass object
nor the WMI ones.
I'm running Windows 2000

Hi

There is the msdn address

You can access to directory from System.DirectoryService

using DirectoryEntry...
What I need, is a way to create/update NTFS Folder Permissions...
