How to create a link from a Dragged filename

Just to get started I coded DragDrop to catch DataFormats.FileDrop and get
the data which turns out to be the absolute address of the file dragged from
Explorer.

What I want to do is paste the name into a RichTextBox so that it is a link.
( At least I think that is the correct terminology.) I want to be able to
click the name in the RichTextBox and have the associated application open.

Can someone give me a clue how to do that or where to get info??

THANKS IN ADVANCE
