You can use any tag you want in the triple-wack (///) area. It is not just
limited to what .NET recognizes. There is no need to define the tags
anywhere. The compiler will push all tags to the .XML file that it
generates, including your <history> tag. The only thing is that it will not
display in the popup list the VS.NET provides.

The C# XML Comment tag is quite useful, but I want to add another xml tag,
i.e. <history>. This tag would allow me to document any history of changes.
How do I define a new tag? If that's impossible, is there any workaround?
