Jordan,
Assuming that the windows installer framework is installed on the
machine (and it pretty much should be on most windows machines out there),
you could easily trigger this by passing the path of the MSI to the static
Start method on the Process class. If you want to pass arguments, then you
can set the properties on the StartProcessInfo instance returned by
StartInfo property so that it includes the command line switches you need.

How would I go about launching an MSI file from my computer. Say the path
was (@"C:\\dog.msi"). Basically, when a user clicks a button saying install,
then it will go and run the .msi file with the command line "/qb-!" (or
something to that effect). I tried opening or reading the file, but it
didn't work. Any help would be appreciated.
