is there any chance of knowing when teh beta will be released adn if i can
get my hands on it?

Look at the MSDN Cd's in your Company. Probably, they have been sent already

As for the Beta versions:
I have had Bad experience with vs .NET beta versions. It should work but with a lot of crashes.... I just couldn't 'live' with that. Your registry may be dirty a 'little' bit, so be prepared to format your computer and Reinstall all again

I think we all should wait to the Sql Server 'Yukon' - .NET will be available too. I just don't know why Microsoft has released the vs .NET 2002 with delaying with Sql Server 'Yukon'. This will NEED a Rewrite of all application!!
