How to upgrade to .Net1.1 with VS2002?

I've got Visual studio 2002 (Version 7.0.9466) with .Net 1.0 Framework). How
can I upgrade my .Net version to 1.1 without buying the newer Visual Studio
(2003)?

I don't think you can develop for 1.1 using VS 2002. That's the only reason
to upgrade to VS 2003 really - nothing else much is new appart from the new
framework version!

I tried to install SDK .Net1.1 but my Visual Studio still uses the .Net1.0
Framework.

I can't find any option anywhere to allow me to switch Framework.
