"Debugging" application in other machine with only framework?

Is there a way I can debug an application on a testing machine that only has
the .net framework?
I'm seeing that in the test machine, an application's behavior is different
to the way it does it when I run it from my PC (development env.). It's not
an error, but an erratic behavior that doesn't occur when I compile and run.
Is there a way that at least, I can know what code was executed during a
certain event? I have v1.0 in my development PC and the test PC has v1.1.

Thanks,
Angel

Hi, Angel

No, you have to install at least part of Framework SDK to get DbgClr.
