http uploading additional info has to be sent..

I'm trying to set up an http upload program that has almost identical code
to the following page:

http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/en...asp?frame=true
The one difference is my "uploader" is a windows form app that basically
does the same thing with the following code:
uriString = strLocation.ToUpper

myWebClient = New WebClient

httpResponseArray = myWebClient.UploadFile(uriString, "POST", strFileName)

lblStatus.Text = Encoding.ASCII.GetString(httpResponseArray)

The problem is my acceptor aspx page needs to get sent additional
information besides jsut the file upload. Basically, i want the sending
client to send the file path to save to on the accepting server. The basic
idea is to use a modified program to copy web directories to another server
via http. So how do i send additional parameters to the page before the
uploading? (i.e. file directory path or any other string value).
Also, as an added question, the acceptor will error out if the directory is
not there. Is there any way to make it automatically create the directory?
For instance if i save the uploaded file to the path "C:\tempup\" and the
tempup directory doesn't exist, how can i get the code to automatically
create the directory to save in.

Thanks, I can answer any other questions about my code.

Could you put the other information in the query string and access it using
the Params collection on the server?

eg.
http://yourserver/page.aspx?target=c:\blahblah
